For hotel groups, clinic chains and franchises: custom message limits set in a contract, every channel and integration switched on, and payment by invoice. Each location has its own widget, services and Zalo alerts, and one location can receive a weekly summary of the whole group.
Not available yet: single sign-on, user roles, an audit log and a service-level agreement. If you need one of them, tell us which; we build in the order people ask.
From your dashboard you can show or erase everything held about one visitor, and old leads and unanswered questions are deleted automatically after a retention period.
